Maybe we can shorten that to a vegan Big Maco. This week, I perfected the art of the vegan Big Mac taco. But this week, we ventured out to parts heretofore unknown, and our lives were altered for the better. The same old toppings served the same old way, while still tasty, just don’t have the zing they once did. Friends, this week’s Taco Tuesday took a turn we will never forget.Īdmittedly, sometimes Taco Night can get a little dull.
